Food Friday - Amazing Chocolate Chip Cookies!

There is no doubt in my mind that chocolate chip cookies
are a classic-and one that never gets old, yum!
That is why I'll be sharing with you, an EXTREMELY delicious and
simple recipe to enjoy!
(There will be a printable version located
at the bottom of this post)

So what you will need is:
(Makes about 24 cookies)

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 stick of butter (1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extra
  • Chocolate Chips ( How many you desire! :))

First, beat your butter and sugars with  a hand or stand
mixer, until creamy.

Next, while beating, beat in the egg and the vanilla.

After everything is well combined, in a medium-ish
bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Now, take your dry-ingredient mixture, and slowly pour in
while you are beating on low speed.

Time for the pretty part, fold in the chocolate chips!

On a baking sheet, place about a tablespoon of dough for each cookie, then bake for 10 minutes  on 375 F!

Easier than you thought, huh?!
